Swimmers are expected to be on deck for dryland 15 minutes before the practice starts.

| Juniors - 13-14's | 4-5 x per week | Monday - Friday | 6:30 - 8:00 pm |
| Seniors - 15 & Over | 5-7 x per week | Monday - Thursday @ Pingry | 6:00 - 8:00 pm |
| Saturday - SHY | 9:00 - 11:00 am | ||
