2013 SHY Practice Schedule

April 15th - June 21st

Swimmers are expected to be on deck for dryland 15 minutes before the practice starts.

       
8 & Unders 2-3 x per week Mon, Tues, Thur 5:00 - 6:00 pm
    Fridays 6:00 - 7:00 pm
       
Group 1 - 9-10's 3-4 x per week Monday - Friday 4:00 - 5:00 pm
       
Group 2 - 11-12's 3-5 x per week Monday - Friday 5:00 - 6:30 pm
       
Juniors - 13-14's 4-5 x per week Monday - Friday 6:30 - 8:00 pm
       
Seniors - 15 & Over 5-7 x per week Monday - Thursday @ Pingry 6:00 - 8:00 pm
    Saturday - SHY 9:00 - 11:00 am
    Sunday - Srs @ SHY 10:00 - 12:00pm
