A-Many Meets are filled-up within the 1st hour of being announced.

Q-How come with "some" Invitational Meets, the coaches enter the swimmers instead of the swimmer's signing up?

    A-Some meets are announced without enough lead time for us to utilize our process of swimmer involvement.

Q-How come we get closed-out of meets?

    A-Every team gets closed-out of meets, no matter how expeditious their entry process. If a Team "blindly" enters their team, many teams are closed out, despite the consequence of creating many scratches.

Q-What if we told you at the beginning of the season the meets we will/will not be attending?

    A-Our philosophy is to involve the swimmer with their sport. Experience has shown that, when a swimmer has control over the events they enter, they perform better. (We still reserve the right to make changes!)

Q-How come when we know our swimmer has been entered, their name doesn't appear on the website?

    A-Always check the date of the printed entry lists. We cannot update the website with every change.

Q-How come the entry times on our website don't always match the times in the heat sheets?

    A-When we print entry reports, the reports use the latest times in the database. If an entry report was sent prior to the printed report, it is possible old times will appear in the heat sheets. In our experience, this does not hinder a swimmer's performance.

Q-Can we help by talking with the meet directors directly?

    A-Meet directors send any queries, related to our team, back to the coaches.
